Return & Refund Policy
At Barney Pawprints, every personalized item is made especially for you. Because our custom products are created using your photos, names, text, or other personalization details, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized items once production has started.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Please carefully review all photos, names, spelling, colors, sizes, and other personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
Once we begin creating your personalized product, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your personalization, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Non-Personalized Items
For eligible non-personalized products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Photo Quality
The quality of the finished personalized product depends on the quality of the photo provided by the customer. We recommend uploading a clear, well-lit, high-resolution image. Slight differences in color may occur due to differences between screens, printing, and production materials and are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed due to the shipping carrier or for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
